Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time Shipping times vary depending on the product and supplier. Estimated delivery times are displayed on each product page. Most orders arrive within 7–30 business days after processing.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery at all times.

Shipping Coverage We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delays While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Runasoon is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@runasoon.com and we'll make it right.
